IKEA 宜家經典瑞典肉丸 IKEA's Famous Swedish Meatballs



每次去逛 IKEA 宜家 都一定要吃的平價美食「瑞典肉丸」,香濃的奶油醬搭配上酸酸甜甜的果醬,不一會兒,盤子裡的肉丸全都吃光了。✔️我這次是嘗試「氣炸鍋版本」👌更低脂健康!(豬絞肉也可以用低脂的火雞絞肉取代唷~)

這款肉丸不是IKEA獨有,其實在瑞典,這是非常經典的瑞典家常菜,幾乎家家都會做這道料理。大部分的人都是因為IKEA而認識了這道瑞典肉丸,雖然最近因為疫情吃不到,不過,IKEA可是大方在網上公布了他們的肉丸配方。

無論是用 烤箱 還是 氣炸鍋,都可以簡單地做出這道美味肉丸唷!

如果奶油白醬吃膩了,還可以加入 「牛頭牌咖哩醬」 增加一點變化,咖哩口味的肉丸也很好吃喔!



食材 (大約50顆丸子)


肉丸:

500g(1磅)牛絞肉

250g(½磅)豬絞肉

1颗 洋蔥

1瓣 大蒜(壓碎或切碎)

100克(3.5盎司)麵包屑

1颗 雞蛋

5大匙 牛奶

鹽 適量

黑胡椒 適量


奶油白醬:

40克(1.4oz)無鹽奶油

40克(1.4oz)麵粉

150毫升(5oz)蔬菜高湯

150毫升(5oz)牛肉高湯

150毫升(5oz)鮮奶油

2茶匙 醬油

1茶匙 芥末醬(可選擇性添加)

1大匙 牛頭咖哩醬(可選擇性添加)


Ingredients for the meatballs:

500 g (1 lb) ground Beef

250 g (½ lb) ground Pork

1 onion finely chopped

1 clove of garlic (crushed or minced)

100 g (3.5 oz) breadcrumbs

1 egg

5 Tbsp Whole Milk

Salt and pepper to taste


Ingredients for the cream sauce:

40 g (1.4 oz) Butter

40 g (1.4 oz) Plain flour

150 ml (5 oz) Vegetable stock

150 ml (5 oz) Beef stock

150 ml (5 oz) Double cream

2 tsp Soy Sauce

1 tsp Dijon mustard (Optional)

1 Tbsp Bullhead Curry Paste (Optional)


作法 Instructions


肉丸 Meatballs


1.將牛絞肉和豬絞肉混合均勻。加入切碎的洋蔥,大蒜,麵包屑,雞蛋並混合。加入鮮奶油,然後用一點鹽和黑胡椒調味。

1.Combine beef and pork mince and mix thoroughly to break up any lumps. Add finely chopped onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg and mix. Add milk and season well with salt and pepper.



2.將混合好的絞肉塑行成小圓球。放在盤子上,並放入冰箱中冷藏2小時定型。

2.Shape mixture into small, round balls. Place on a clean plate, cover and store in the fridge for 2 hours (to help them hold their shape while cooking).


3.在平底鍋中加入油,放入肉丸後以中火煎至表面上色。

3.In a frying pan, heat oil on medium heat. When hot, gently add your meatballs and brown on all sides.


4.將定型的肉丸放入烤盤中(可以加蓋子)。放入烤箱中以350°F/180°C烤30分鐘。(氣炸鍋版本:以350°F/180°C烤10分鐘)

4.When browned, add to an ovenproof dish and cover. Place in a hot oven, 350°F/180°C, and cook for a further 30 minutes. (Air-Fryer: 350°F/180°C cook for 10 minutes)


奶油白醬

Cream Sauce


1.將無鹽奶油放在鍋中加熱融化。加入麵粉,用刮刀攪拌2分鐘。

1.Melt the butter in a frying pan. Whisk in the plain flour and continue cooking, stirring continuously for 2 minutes.



2.加入蔬菜高湯、牛肉高湯、鮮奶油、醬油。(也可以選擇性加入芥末醬或牛頭咖哩醬)

2.Add the vegetable stock and beef stock and continue to stir. Add the thick double cream, soy sauce. (You can also add Dijon mustard or Bullhead Curry Paste.)




3.一邊攪拌,一邊煮到醬汁變濃稠。

3.Bring to a simmer and allow the sauce to thicken. Continue to stir.



4.準備品嚐時,可以搭配馬鈴薯泥、奶油白醬一起食用。

4.When ready to eat, serve with your favorite potatoes -- either creamy mash or mini new boiled potatoes.
