沙茶蜂蜜雞翅 Honey BBQ Chicken

Today, Chicken Wings are going to get the spotlight back after coated in the tasty "Honey BBQ Sauce"! What's more, this mess-free recipe will let you lick your fingers and plate clean!






食材:

{醃肉調味}

雞翅 12塊

米酒 1大匙

醬油 1大匙

糖 1大匙

蒜末 1大匙




{沙茶蜂蜜醬}

牛頭牌沙茶醬 3大匙

蜂蜜 2大匙


Ingredients

{Marinade}

12 Chicken Wings

1 Tbsp Rice Wine (White Wine)

1 Tbsp Soy Sauce

1 Tbsp Sugar

1 Tbsp Minced Garlic


{Honey BBQ Sauce}



3 Tbsp Bullhead BBQ Sauce

2 Tbsp Honey


作法 Instructions


醃肉調味

Marinade


1.將雞翅膀放入盆中,加入米酒、醬油、糖、蒜末,抓拌一下後,靜置30分鐘。

1.Place rice wine, soy sauce, sugar and minced garlic in a bowl. Mix to combine. Add chicken wings to the marinade; marinate for at least 30 minutes.



2.醃好的雞翅放入氣炸鍋(烤箱)中,以355°F(180°C),氣炸10分鐘(烤箱15分鐘)。

2.Cook marinated chicken wings in an Air Fryer (Oven) at 355 °F (180°C) for 10 minutes (15 minutes in the oven) on one side.



3. 氣炸(烤)後,將雞翅取出翻面,再放回氣炸鍋(烤箱)中繼續氣炸10分鐘(烤箱15分鐘)。

3. Flip and cook the other side for another 10 minutes (15 minutes in the oven).



4.在平底鍋中加入沙茶醬和蜂蜜,將烤好的雞翅倒入平底鍋中以小火拌炒2分鐘。

4.In a small saucepan or a frying pan, mix Bullhead BBQ Sauce and honey over low heat. Toss the wings to coat all of them with Honey BBQ Sauce.


5. 起鍋,盛盤就完成了!
